The ROC Wales
Not for the faint hearted, The ROC is a triathlon which starts with a 1500 m swim at Abersoch main beach followed by a 50 km cycle to Nant Gwynant, a gruelling ascent and descent of Mount Snowdon (Wales' highest peak) After cycling back the event concludes with a 1 km run to the finish line on Abersoch beach.

Elvins Abersoch 3K Race
Taking place on Abersoch beach at 9.30am this is a great event for runners of all level aged 5 years and up.
Ty Gwyn Abersoch 10k
Taking place after the 3k beach run the Abersoch 10k is a popular event which starts in Abersoch village at 10.30am and finishes along Abersoch main beach. The prize giving ceremony takes place at 1 pm and the live music and beach bar make for a fun filled day you won't want to miss!

Sets off in Abersoch and the 26.3 mile route takes in breathtaking views from the peaks of Yr Eifl to the picturesque village of Aberdaron
